About the Role

We are currently recruiting reliable and confident Supply Teachers to work across a variety of schools. This role is ideal for teachers who are looking for flexible work, regular classroom experience, or the opportunity to work across different school environments.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged and supported during teacher absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
• Support pupils with their learning and engagement.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations.
• Provide feedback to school staff where required.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification.
• Previous classroom teaching experience.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Flexibility and confidence working in different schools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A professional and reliable approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
