Initially, the client was engaged with multiple agencies, resulting in high costs and inconsistent performance. Our involvement began in October, leading to a significant reduction in agency involvement and costs, while simultaneously improving efficiency. The client successfully maintained low costs and increased their hours steadily. Key metrics include a reduction in cost per hour from £32 to £24 and a 21% increase in yearly savings.
