Concept Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to oversee workforce compliance across our growing home care services.

You will ensure all care workers remain fully compliant with CQC requirements, company policies, and contractual standards while supporting recruitment, onboarding, audits, and training compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor DBS, Right to Work, references, contracts, training and other compliance requirements.
• Track driving licences, MOTs, vehicle insurance and vehicle tax for care staff.
• Conduct regular audits of staff files and recruitment records.
• Identify and resolve compliance gaps and expiring documents.
• Maintain training matrices and compliance dashboards.
• Support safe recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Produce weekly and monthly compliance reports.
• Manage compliance systems and data accuracy.
• Support branch managers to maintain inspection-ready compliance standards.
• Monitor and track audit actions through to completion.

About You

• Experience in a compliance, quality, recruitment, or healthcare administration role.
• Strong understanding of workforce compliance and staff file management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
