Role: RMN/SW/OT
Grade: Band 6
Location: Somerset
Hours: 8-8pm long days, will be covering Fridays as one of these days
Preferred start date: ASAP (approx. 3 months)
Notes: Ability to drive and own vehicle to do so due to the travel required in the job. To work on a shift rota to fulfil the needs of the service. Mental Health experience would be essential so the candidate(s) can offer assessment and interventions as guided by the team. Skills in relation to risk management around mental health ideally. Physical health desirable.
If have skills and experience treating young people or adults within a crisis team or community mental health team then this would be valuable. The candidates would be required to work with YP and families Good skills in assessment of YP needs and being able to consider treatment pathways based on this.
Ability to work independently but also part of a team in terms of offering interventions. They will be supported in the delivery of interventions as part of a team as appropriate to the YP needs and their knowledge and experience.
