Paediatric Nurse (Multiple Location’s)

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Accountable for own actions in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct. Contribute to corporate objectives, acting within local, Trust and statutory guidelines and policies at all times, including all aspects of child protection.
- Effectively communicate information regarding clinical decisions, policy and care pathways to patients/carers and the multi-professional team including situations where difficulties in comprehension occur.
- A competent practitioner, supervising/providing mentorship to a small number of learners or junior staff.
- Responsible for coordination and clinical assessment of a group of patients, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented and evaluated, involving patients and carers.
- Participate in observations of care, audit and development of service to improve quality of care.
- Demonstrate technical and/or practical skills to ensure optimum patient care management including; patient observations; equipment management and administration of agreed invasive tests/procedures.
Qualification and Experience
- Must have IELTS OR OET
- Diploma level education
- Paediatric Clinical experience
