About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Midwives to join our maternity services across London. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team providing safe, personalised, and holistic care to women, birthing people, and their families during pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period.

Opportunities are available across hospital-based units, birth centres, community midwifery teams, and continuity of care pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based midwifery care across the maternity pathway
• Conduct antenatal assessments and monitoring, offering advice and reassurance
• Support and manage normal labour and delivery, recognising deviations from the norm
• Deliver postnatal care to ensure safe physical and emotional recovery for mother and baby
• Work in partnership with women, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with national and local guidelines
• Promote choice, continuity, and compassion in care
• Support student midwives and junior staff (Band 6 roles)

Who We’re Looking For:
Band 5:

• BSc (Hons) in Midwifery or equivalent
• NMC registration (or pending if newly qualified)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including nights and weekends

Band 6:

• Post-registration midwifery experience in acute and/or community settings
• Ability to manage more complex cases and support junior staff
• Experience with safeguarding, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuity models of care
