Referral Scheme​

Eligibility

  1. This referral offer is exclusively available to new general nurses who have never previously worked with Concept Care.
  2. Participants must be legally eligible to work as a nurse in the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland.
  3. Participants must be UK-based with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and a license to work in UK hospitals.
  4. This referral promotion is not available to international applicants or those outside the UK and Northern Ireland.
  5. Participants must complete the registration process and have their credentials verified by Concept Care.
  6. The referred general nurse must complete over 100 hours of work with Concept Care to qualify for the referral bonus.

Participation

  1. To participate, users must submit a quick referral form through the Concept Care website.
  2. Each participant is allowed to refer an unlimited number of general nurses. However, each referred nurse must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Eligibility Section.
  3. All referrals are subject to a verification process. Concept Care reserves the right to reject any referral if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Referal Bonus

The prizes available under this referral program are as follows:

  • A fixed cash bonus upon the referred general nurse completing the required 100 hours of work.
  • Referral bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits outside the program’s specified terms.

Redemption

  1. To redeem the referral bonus, the referring individual will receive the payment via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
  2. The bonus payment will be processed as quickly as possible once the referred general nurse completes the required 100 hours of work, typically within 10-14 working days.
  3. Bonuses are subject to applicable tax regulations, and it is the referrer’s responsibility to comply with any tax obligations.

Restrictions

  1. This offer is strictly limited to one redemption per participant.
  2. Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the referral program will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the bonus.
  3. Concept Care reserves the right to withdraw or amend the referral program without prior notice.

7.2. Your information will be used to verify eligibility, administer the program, and communicate with you regarding your participation.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Concept Care is not responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or failures that may affect participation in the referral program.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept Care will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  2. Any disputes arising from or related to the referral program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

Terms & Conditions for £500 Joining Bonus for Nurses in Northern Ireland

Eligibility Criteria

  1. This joining bonus offer is exclusively available to general nurses currently working in Northern Ireland (HSCNI) who join Concept Care.
  2. Applicants must be legally eligible to work as a nurse in the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland.
  3. Applicants must hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and a license to work in UK hospitals.
  4. This joining bonus is only available to nurses who are currently employed in Northern Ireland and is not available to international applicants or those working outside the UK and Northern Ireland.
  5. Applicants must successfully complete the registration process and have their credentials verified by Concept Care.
  6. To qualify for the joining bonus, the nurse must complete over 100 hours of work with Concept Care in Northern Ireland.

How To Apply

  1. To participate, eligible nurses must apply for a position through the Concept Care website or by submitting their CV directly to Concept Care.
  2. During the application process, the nurse must indicate that they are currently employed in Northern Ireland (HSCNI) to be considered for the bonus.
  3. All applications will undergo a verification process. Concept Care reserves the right to reject any application if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Bonus Details

  1. Successful applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a £500 cash bonus upon completing the required 100 hours of work with Concept Care in Northern Ireland.
  2. The joining bonus is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for other benefits or cash equivalents beyond the specified £500 payment.

Payment Process

  1. The £500 joining bonus will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
  2. Payments will be processed as promptly as possible after the nurse completes the required 100 hours of work.
  3. The joining bonus is subject to applicable tax regulations, and it is the responsibility of the nurse to comply with any tax obligations.
