Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant recruited through Concept Care Recruitment, you will:

• Deliver high-standard clinical care aligned with your specialty.
• Participate in daily rota and on-call duties (1:3 to 1:1 ratio, compensated accordingly).
• Provide leadership and guidance within the clinical team.
• Support continuous medical education and development.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health and HMG policies.
• Contribute to service improvements and innovation.
