We are currently seeking Nurses Band 5 to provide compassionate care for individuals, families, and communities in Kent. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping individuals promote, maintain, or recover their optimal health and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, providing care both before and after medical operations, and conducting tasks such as taking patient samples, monitoring temperatures, and recording blood pressure readings.

Essential 

• Able to carry out Clinical Assessments 
• Medication Administration 
• Monitoring Patients 
• Valid NMC UK Pin 
• Clinical Documentation 
• Infection Control 
• Pain Management 

Desirable 

• Flexible to work Day shifts 
• Car Driver 

Experience 

Minimum 6 months NHS experience
