Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Wisbech)

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Clinical Practice:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and other treatment modalities.

Patient Care:

• Provide primary and specialised healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
  

Quality Improvement:

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall healthcare delivery.
• Utilise evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes and contribute to research and scholarly activities.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the NHS or Other relevant NHS experience.
